Domestic Orders (UK)
We ship all UK orders by Royal Mail. Below are our estimated delivery timelines and rates:

Standard – Sent via Royal Mail International Standard. No tracking number is provided. We use this only for small items like cards and Foxetroo kits. Delivery aimed* within 5-15 business days.

Tracked – Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (or Signed where Tracked is unavailable). You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Delivery aimed* within 5-10 business days.

Express – Shipped via a reputable courier of our choosing (FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL, or similar). A signature will be required upon delivery, and you will receive a tracking reference. Delivery aimed* within 2-4 business days.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Orders to US
For orders shipped to the United States, a 10% customs duty charge will be added at checkout. This covers import duties only, so there are no additional fees for the recipient. Please note that this charge is non-refundable.
Orders to EU
For orders delivered within EU up to €150 (excluding VAT), VAT is collected at checkout at the rate of the destination country. No additional taxes, duties, or fees should be required on delivery.
For orders exceeding €150, VAT is not applied at checkout, and the recipient will be responsible for any import costs, including taxes, duties, and clearance fees. You may choose to split your order to keep each shipment under €150 if you want VAT included.
Orders to rest of the world
For international orders outside the EU or US, local charges such as customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient. The recipient is responsible for import clearance. If customs duties are not paid and the order is returned or undeliverable, neither the item price nor the shipping fee will be refunded.
We do not apply any taxes or duties to international orders outside EU or US. Please check with your local customs office to confirm whether you may need to pay import costs such as duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

Returns and Refunds
Custom orders, including assembled models, can't be returned and refunded.
All other orders can be returned at your expense. We will issue refund only if you return unopened kits in good quality within 30 days of receipt.
If your order comes back to us as unclaimed we will contact you and either resend it to you at an additional shipping fee or refund the item price. Shipping fee is not refundable.
We do our best to be quick and efficient at dispatching your order, we pack it with attention and care, we rely on our trusted shipping partners who deliver our shipments to you and we are happy when everything goes as planned. But if there is any issue with it, please let us know, there is always a way to resolve it!

We are committed to shipping your purchases on time, often ahead of the estimated processing timeframe. However, due to global postal overloads, delays beyond the usual delivery schedule may occur. For the latest updates, please check the Royal Mail website or consult your local postal service.
Please note that delivery delays are beyond our control. While over 95% of orders are delivered within the stated timeframe, delivery may occasionally exceed expectations, especially during peak periods. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend using the Express shipping option.
