Strikes By Royal Mail Employees
We expect some UK delivery disruptions due to strike actions taken by Royal Mail postal workers in November and December of 2022.
Delivery During Holidays
We want to ensure you that we are shipping your purchase on time (and even mostly ahead of the estimated processing time), however due to the current postal overload worldwide the delays might happen so please don't worry if the order doesn't arrive within the usual estimated delivery schedule.
Many countries have implemented special measure to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing.
There are no other major delivery disruptions at the moment, but some delays may occasionally occur at certain international locations, please see the latest service updates for your country on the Royal Mail website or consult your local postal service.

We will dispatch your order containing:
Paper model kits - within 1-3 working days.
Assembled paper models, personalised items - up to 10 working days.
The usual* delivery time of your order should be:
Domestic (mainland UK) 1-3 working days
Europe - 3 to 5 working days
USA and Canada - 5 to 7 working days
Rest of the world - 7 to 14 working days
International Express (almost everywhere) - 2 to 4 working days.
*Please note that the delay in the mail system is beyond our control. More than 95% of orders are delivered within the stated timeframe but sometimes delivery may exceed the expected delivery time due to different reasons, especially during peak periods, so we encourage a bit of patience. If you definitely need the order by the exact date please use the express mail option.
Remember: Your order delivery date = Your order date + Shipping time + Delivery time.
Custom and/or personalised orders, including assembled PaperLandmarks models, can't be returned and refunded. All other orders can be returned at your expense. We will issue a refund only if you return unopened kits in good quality within 30 days of receipt. Shipping fee is not refundable.

We do our best to be quick and efficient at dispatching your order, we pack it with attention and care, we rely on our trusted shipping partners who deliver our shipments to you and we are happy when everything goes as planned. However if there is any issue with it, please let us know, there is always a way to resolve it.
Orders to the EU
If your order is going to be delivered in the EU and the value of goods is not exceeding EUR 150 (excl. VAT), your order total will include VAT at the rate of the EU country you are ordering to; no additional taxes, duties or fees should be paid by the recipient on delivery.
If your order is going to exceed the EUR 150 limit, you may wish to split your order, otherwise VAT won't be applied and recipient will be responsible for paying any import costs, such as taxes, duties and clearing fees before or after your order is delivered.

Orders outside the UK or the EU
We are NOT applying tax of any sort to orders going outside the UK or the EU - please check with your country's customs office whether you may have to pay any import costs, such as taxes, duties and clearing fees before or after your order is delivered.
