Shipping & Delivery - Paperlandmarks | Foxetroo | Artyhills | Weijcke

We ship our products worldwide both by regular and express mail. Just choose the right delivery service for you. 

We are shipping worldwide from Cheltenham, United Kingdom. We will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days unless it is an assembled PaperLandmarks model or other custom-made item which may require up to 10 working days for processing.

Domestic Orders (UK)

Domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service aimed for delivery in 1-3 working days from the dispatch date, or via DPD, UPS or other courier services depending on the size of the ordered items. You will receive a reference number to track the shipment on Royal Mail or other website, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available when your order is delivered, a calling card may be left to notify you, the package will be taken back to your local delivery depot for you to collect or arrange re-delivery.

Foxetroo kits and postcard models will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard service aimed for delivery in 1-3 working days from the dispatch date with no signature required.

International Orders

You can choose either our International Standard or Express shipping service.

International Standard orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service (or Signed or Tracked&Signed where Tracked is not available) aimed for delivery by the local delivery partners depending on the country: 3-5 working days within Europe, 5-7 working days to USA & Canada, 7-14 working days elsewhere from the dispatch date. You will receive a reference number to track the shipment on Royal Mail website, after your item has left the UK, you may find more detailed tracking information on the Royal Mail delivery partner’s website.

If you order an assembled PaperLandmarks model, it will be shipped via a Tracked & Signed service and signature will be required upon delivery.

International Standard deliveries may sometimes exceed the expected delivery times due to different reasons, especially during peak periods, so we encourage a bit of patience.

International Express will be shipped via FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL or other courier service aimed for delivery in 2-4 working days from the dispatch date; a signature will be required upon delivery. You will receive a reference number to track the shipment on courier's website.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at buyer's or receiver's expense: the receiver is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

 

Returns & Refunds

Custom orders, including assembled PaperLandmarks models, can't be returned and refunded.

All other orders can be returned at your expense. We will issue refund only if you return unopened kits in good quality within 30 days of receipt.

If your order comes back to us as unclaimed we will contact you and either resend it to you at an additional shipping fee or refund the item price. Shipping fee is not refundable.

If the receiver fails to pay the customs duties in due time and order is therefore not delivered and not returned, neither the item price nor the shipping fee will be refunded.

We do our best to be quick and efficient at dispatching your order, we pack it with attention and care, we rely on our trusted shipping partners who deliver our shipments to you and we are happy when everything goes as planned. But if there is any issue with it, please let us know, there is always a way resolve it!

Please Note: due to the current coronavirus situation we cannot accept claim for loss unless at least 30 working days have passed since the item was due to be delivered, we’ll require up to 90 days to investigate and respond fully before we can issue a refund.

All claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 6 months after we have posted the item. In case the item has arrived damaged or partly lost, we’ll require digital/electronic images to support the claim.
